Delivery Information

Our standard delivery option is 1st class royal mail. This option is free when you spend over £75 on goods (net VAT). If you prefer a different option you may select these on the second checkout page

We aim to get your order into the next mail collection available after you order is received. We have 2 Royal Mail collections per day at 3pm and 5pm (Monday To Friday) and we have one courier collection every afternoon. (Monday To Friday)

When will my order be dispatched ?

We aim to get your order into the next royal mail collection available after you order is received.

Your order will be processed and you will be sent an e-mail notification that we have received the order and are processing it.You will then receive another e-mail notifying you when the goods have been dispatched.

This does not guarantee next day delivery.If you require the goods urgently please select the express delivery option at the checkout.

Need your breathalyser really fast ?

If you need your breathalyser urgently we offer our Express Delivery option for just £7.95 at checkout on all products. This guarantees priority packing & dispatch on Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day delivery for orders dispatched during working hours.

Will my parcel require a signature on delivery ?

You may select a signed for delivery
Many of our larger packs require a signature at delivery.

How do I check on my order ?

You can e-mail customer services to check on the status of your order at customerservices@accessdiagnostics.co.uk

or telephone 01623 883 830 during office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm

Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.

Order reference numbers

Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail.

Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.

Returning Unwanted Goods-No Quibble Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind we offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy provided that the goods are unopened and unused. Any unopened items may be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Please e-mail our customer services advisors for instructions for returning goods.Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty.
