For the past two weeks I have been dealing with various largely known companies who have sent me damaged goods, do not answer my queries and have basically been a nightmare to deal with. I have been writing complaint letter after letter.
I only wished to say what a pleasure it has been to deal with your company. I ordered my goods yesterday and they arrived today in one piece and everything was clear and precise. People do not get praised enough for their good work and I felt after my horrible experiences recently I was only to glad to write a positive email to someone.
